We appreciate your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail about the handling of your data.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the request.

This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer as part of a weighing of interests. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your page visit.

Hosting services by a third party provider

Within the scope of processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides us with the services of hosting and display of the website. All data collected within the framework of the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below will be processed on its servers. A processing on other servers takes place only in the framework explained here.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Data collection and use for contract processing, contact and opening of a customer account

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us within the scope of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract or to process your contact and you can not send the order or contact without their information. Which data are raised, are evident from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract processing and processing your enquiries.
If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account.
After complete completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted at the end of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use more data, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can take place either by a message to the contact possibility described below or over a function intended for it in the customer account.

3. Data transmission

In order to fulfil the contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will forward the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution and payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service in order to process payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

Data transfer for the purpose of age verification

If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we ensure through the use of a reliable procedure including a personal identity and age verification that the orderer has reached the required minimum age. For this purpose, the SCHUFA IdentityCheck is used on our website. This service is operated by SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden.
In order to ensure the required minimum age, individual personal data (e.g. name, address and date of birth) will be transmitted to SCHUFA Holding AG within this framework. A so-called identity check with Q-bit is then carried out, which was positively evaluated by the Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media (KJM) for the age test.
In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, the transmission of data serves to safeguard our overriding legitimate interests within the framework of a weighing of interests in securing an offer that conforms to the protection of minors and the protection of the statutory provisions for the protection of minors.
A credit check does not take place in this respect.

After complete completion of the contract and after expiry of the tax and commercial law retention periods, your data processed for this purpose will be deleted, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

Data transfer to debt collection companies

To fulfill the contract according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO we transfer your data to an authorized debt collection company, if our payment claim despite previous reminder was not paid. In this case, the claim will be collected directly by the collection agency. In addition, the passing on of data serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in an effective assertion or enforcement of our payment claim in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4. E-mail newsletter and postal advertising

E-mail advertising with registration for the newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, we will use the data required for this purpose or provided separately by you in order to send you our e-mail newsletter regularly on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

The cancellation of the newsletter is possible at any time and can take place either by a message to the contact possibility described below or over a left intended for it in the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, we will delete your e-mail address from the recipient list unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to make further use of your data which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

The newsletter will be sent as part of a processing on our behalf by a service provider to whom we forward your e-mail address. This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Post advertising and your right of objection

In addition, we reserve the right to use your first and last name as well as your postal address for our own advertising purposes, e.g. to send interesting offers and information about our products by letter post. This serves to protect our legitimate interests, which predominate in a weighing of interests, in an advertising approach to our customers in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.
