What's different today than 11 years ago?
'The gray hair,' laughs Founder & Managing Director Marc Nydegger (44).
'But as the saying goes, it's also a sign of wisdom...' he continues with a smile.
'And the cultural, culinary and human experiences I was able to have, try out and pack into my shizuku rucksack were indeed instructive, but above all beautiful!
After 11 years, I am very grateful for all this and am now looking forward to letting it sink in with you and a nice glass of sake...'
