Cha no Aji - The taste of tea
Full of intensity and gentle at the same time
The Japanese tea and the art of its production belong to the tradition that has been passed on over centuries and is still kept up passionately today.
The Japanese tea is reflecting the local culture as well as sake does. In the focus are tastes that are not always familiar to us Europeans, intensities that are not compatible to our understanding of tea and thus the careful preparation.
Mark Drenhaus from Länggass-Tee (in Bern) is looking forward to bringing closer to you the Japanese tea in a delightful way. Learn more about the authentic Japanese tea ritual and how to prepare and enjoy different teas in real Japanese manner.
Give yourself a moment of rest with a pleasant ‚drop of Japan’ of highest quality.
