Take your seat, let us surprise you and enjoy a 'Menu Surprise' in five courses, skillfully accentuated with Japanese sake and personally advised by Shinji Tsukutani, head of Inata Honten brewery, who will be flying in from Japan for this event. Together with sake expert Marc Nydegger, owner of shizuku, they are both looking forward to accompanying you through the evening.
