Mame San (in German: Herr Bohne) is a sake flavoured vodka that combines the fruits of Tottori with the national drink of Japan - the Inatahime Ryokan (Junmai) of the Inata Honten brewery in Yonago, also Tottori - and the water of Zürichsee.
Three kinds of distilled beans and the addition of sake give this drop natural aromas and lots of umami.
