SMITH & SMITH Open Bottle Day - with Premium Bottles also from Japan

The second Open Bottle Day of the year will once again feature a top-class winemaker lineup and many new products. The winegrowers on site will be inviting you to taste their wines and various exhibitors will be spoiling you with delicacies such as vegan ice cream, tartar & cuts, pickled salmon or a variety of olive oil.

Sake - for many THE new discovery

The sake bottles will also be opened for you. Marc Nydegger, Certified Sake Professional, mixes with the connoisseurs and is looking forward to presenting you the world of the Japanese national drink during an exciting sake tasting. Be it with sake as an aperitif or digestive, with a summer BBQ or for the next cheese fondue.
