'Crazy. Even I have yet to realise it', smiles founder Marc Nydegger visibly touched.

1O years shizuku | A well-rounded milestone
'shizuku stands for the best sake I have ever drunk in my life', enthuses Marco Pero - gastronomy consultant & owner of Brasserie Freilager. 'It was through Marc that I discovered the beautiful quality of sake in a wine glass. He opened my horizon for something completely new, something unique, something wonderful. Today I'm just mega proud of what he has achieved.'

Marco accompanied us from hour 1. So it's all the more beautiful to be able to raise the sake glass with him again after 1O years. Become part of the Brasserie Freilager culinary and join us for a celebratory kanpai - at the 'Sakelicious Apéro' and the following 'Pairing Surprise'.
