From Japan to Switzerland – Happy Nihonshu no Hi!
The best way to celebrate sake is drinking sake.
But why today? In Japan the brewery season always starts officially on October 1. Meanwhile this tribute to Japans national drink is celebrated worldwide – with big events, tastings or even simple but in good company – in Japanese manner.
World Sake Day is also celebrated here in Switzerland. And this is the weekend when another exquisite freight is going to leave the port of Kobe. On board there are many new and exciting sake that will reach Switzerland soon and enrich the lineup of shizuku.
