4cl Sake, 3cl Sherry Manzanilla, 2cl St. Germain, 1cl Kabosu liqueur, 1cl lemon juice, 1 slice of cucumber, pink pepper, top soda.
Drop of Japan: Shirayuki Akafuji, the all-rounder with citrus freshness and Kabosu no Susume, the refreshing, light, mild and racy fruit liqueur with citrus taste and with hand-pressed Kabosu juice.
