Goriki Junmai Ginjo mini is a racy and expressive Junmai Ginjo.
A hint of lilac and fruity-sweetish notes of melon, starfruit, pineapple and marzipan all at once. It surprises with a present acidity and a velvety, yeasty melting at the palate. It has a lingering aftertaste that is slightly tangy and is reminiscent of grapefruit, exotic spices, cinnamon and honey.
