Sparkling Sake Julia

With its mild in flavour, Sparkling Sake Julia is the perfect introduction to the world of sake.
Sparkling, charming and a bit playful, this sparkling sake is light, fresh and fruity, with an elegant acidity and fine bubbles.
With a gentle umami note from the rice, the floral aroma of koji and a delicate fruitiness ranging from mirabelle plums, lychees and apples to blood oranges.

The name is derived from the kanji characters ‘Juri Ai’ and stands for ‘love for homeland’ (the love for local sake brewed amidst nature).
The cute bottle design with colorful, rising bubbles promises just the right amount of charm as an aperitif or dessert wine.
