Tsuki no Katsura Junmai

Tsuki no Katsura Junmai is a complex sake.
The bouquet is reminiscent of fresh mint and lime, combined with fruity notes of green apple and sweet white peach.
The palate remains fresh and creamy at the same time, with a lively vanilla flavour, a long finish and a long, slightly spicy aftertaste.
