The X3 Black (brewed with three times the amount of black koji) is an intensely fruity-sweet Junmai with a subtle, slightly sweet sharpness.
Fresh and lively, this sake smells aromatically of lemon and Kampot pepper and is reminiscent of freshly squeezed fruit juice.
It remains fruity on the palate with flavours of ripe peach and apricot, with a creamy, smooth consistency. The long, balanced finish is pampering, savoury and peppery-spicy.
A dancer with an intensely fruity appearance and versatile as an exciting food pairing partner.
