Yatsushika Sparkling Niji is an exemplary sparkling sake. Sweetish in the nose with peach yoghurt aromas, followed by a fresh, fruity grapefruit note in the palate.
The fermentation in the bottle gives this high quality Sparkling Sake its natural carbonation with very elegant bubbles.

The International Wine Challenge (IWC), the world's best and most carefully judged wine competition, awarded two Japanese sparkling sake the Gold Medal in 2019. Yatsushika Sparkling Niji is one of them.
A refreshing and fruity-sweet aperitif drink, slightly sparkling, with a low alcohol content.
