Brewed according to the traditional and complex kimoto method, this Tokubetsu Junmai is very strong and its intensity varies depending on its drinking temperature. Earthy, dry and pleasantly sweet in the palate with notes of hazelnut, liquorice, prunes as well as coriander and nutmeg.
