Daiginjo Hiyashibori is a strong and complex Daiginjo. Fruity with citrus and ananas in the nose. Slightly sweetish and tangy in the nose with a hint of moss and conifers and a slightly bitter taste of cocoa. The aftertaste is lingering and dry.
