The Kuzuryu Ippin is a very elegant, slightly sweet, fruity and versatile sake.
Notes of honeydew melon, apple, mango, citrus fruits and fresh raspberry, as well as its soft texture and crisp, spicy flavour with lots of umami make this drop an ideal food companion, especially with rich dishes with lots of umami.
Served cool to warm, it makes an exciting pairing partner.
