Toki no Choetsu Superiore is Toki no Choetsu Vento’s big brother. Maturing for 10 years in a French oak barrel lends this premium barley shochu a very round and mild flavour. With sweetish notes of raisins, caramel and a slightly bitter taste of cocoa it is perfect for whisky- and rum connoisseurs.
