To all long-time connoisseurs: The Inatahime Ryokan has evolved and now appears in a new, flavourful combination.
The Inatahime Ryokan is an exciting Junmai. Medium-bodied, floral-tangy and despite fruity notes, rather dry.
The nose is planty-floral with aromas of lime blossom, slightly iodiney and smoky, extremely appetising, paired with delicate fruity notes of apple and sweet passion fruit.
On the palate, umami-rich, salty flavours are reminiscent of soy, means tangy, meaty and at the same time aromatically fruity, accompanied by a balanced, digestible acidity.
A complex, well-rounded sake that is ideal for heating.
