Goriki rice imparts a typically decent fleshy and tangy note to the slightly oily Goriki Junmai Daiginjo.
A descreet nose with notes of fresh yeast, citrus zest (orange), fruity-sweetish Nashi pear, somewhat liquorice as well as white pepper.
The fragrant and lively flavours move on in the palate, exotic-fruity, tangy-sweetish, paired with notes of cooked rice. A delightful and complex Junmai Daiginjo, very well balanced with a nice and aromatic finish.
