京の濁り柚子酒

Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with a very unconventional, strong and complex aroma. Its pulp is sourly-aromatic, slightly bitter and juicy.

Cloudy Kyo Yuzu Nigori is a light Junmai Nigori with hand pressed yuzu juice. Pleasantly fruity on the nose, refreshing and sweet-sourish on the palate. With a low alcohol content of 7% and a lingering aftertaste it goes well as a very light and pleasant aperitif.

shizuku recommends...
... a drinking temperature of cold to cool (5-15°)
... briefly turning the bottle upside down before opening
... enjoying Kyo Yuzu Nigori as an aperitif or dessert sake
... keeping it chilled once opened
... consuming it within a few days of opening
