X3 Rose

The X3 Rose Junmai is in a class of its own.
Because of its noble colour, this balanced Junmai reminds of a Rosé. Brewed from red rice (Menkoina) and three times the amount of koji, it convinces in the nose invitingly aromatic with fruity, slightly fleshy, earthy as well as delicately sweet notes of peach and peach blossom, followed by a balanced taste intensity of strawberries, fresh cream and rose petal, combined with a little pepper and again slightly fleshy notes.
Wonderfully balanced and elegant, with a delicate sweetness as well as a nice, light acidity until the long finish.
