Fruity and at the same time aromatic, the bouquet of Kokuryu Gin no Tobira is directly reminiscent of a Riesling (white wine) with notes of peach, apricot and an exotic hint of pineapple, combined with a pleasant minerality.
A cool freshness follows on the palate. The again elegant minerality paired with a slightly bitter aftertaste make this Daiginjo a very exciting, nicely balanced and easy to drink aperitif.
