Goriki Junmai is an aromatic, powerful and tangy sake with a lot of umami.
Intense notes of cream cheese with paprika, nutmeg, pine needles, olive tapenade as well as smoked ham and meat pastry in the nose. Oily, resinous, smokey and spicy-fleshy in the palate this Junmai is reminiscent of ham, onion confit and green paprika and a perfect accompaniment to hearty meals and barbecue.
