Iku’s Shiro is a sweet, slightly bitter and well going Junmai Daiginjo. It is heavily reminiscent of juicy, green apples with aromas of pear, vanilla pod, white chocolate and elder. With a low alcohol content of 9% it is a pleasant aperitif or dessert wine.
