A jewel of a sake.
The Yamadanishiki rice variety gives the Kokuryu Ryu Daiginjo an amazingly complex and at the same time lively appearance. The light and rather sweet-dry scent of roses, nashi pear, cherry and candied fruits, combined with warm yeast, provide a gently aromatic and concise bouquet.
On the palate, notes of yeast, bitter orange (zest) and a fruity spiciness elegantly round out this Daiginjo, with a long aftertaste.

shizuku recommends...
... a drinking temperature from cold to cool (5-10°C)
... the Kokuryu Ryu Daiginjo with tempura and oily-greasy dishes such as pork belly or knuckle.
... this wine can also be served as a dessert wine with a fruity cake.
... keep refrigerated after opening
