Kozaemon Kimoto Junmai is a force in terms of quality and taste.
In the nose it reminds briefly of cognac, smells smoky, wursty and grassy at the same time with notes of Maggi herb, crusts, freshly ground pepper as well as a wonderful roast taste. The palate becomes fresh and at the same time spicy with exciting aromas of iodine and roast jus.

The balanced Kozaemon Kimoto Junmai, brewed according to the traditional kimoto method, convinces with intense, sweet and spicy aromas and its very pleasant acidity. Thanks to a lot of umami it is the ideal companion to hearty, aromatic dishes.
