The matured Kuzuryu Daiginjo, wrapped in black velvet, expresses elegance, luxury and warmth. Despite its maturity, this Daiginjo smells pleasantly light and fruity of apple, pear and cocktail cherry, combined with notes of almond, marzipan and yeast.
Its elegant, smooth flavour spreads delicately across the palate as the drinking temperature rises, creating a comforting, suitably velvety sensation.
