The beauties from Fukui
Kokuryu brews extremely high-quality sake, in small batches and made by hand. Truly not 0815 sake, but special nihonshu. These beauties also catch the eye because of their unique bottle labels, such as echizen-ori on the amazingly complex Kokuryu Ryu Daiginjo and black velvet on the elegant Kuzuryu Daiginjo.

The character sake from Yonago
The extremely elegant, complex and mineral-aromatic Goriki Junmai Daiginjo is slightly oily, with a fresh, exotic-fruity and lively character. The Goriki rice variety gives this sake a typically subtle fleshy and tangy note, extremely well-balanced on the palate, with a beautiful, aromatic finish.
